Alev Kelter, originally from Eagle River, Alaska, is a x3 Olympic medalist and a former captain of the U.S.A Women’s Rugby Team that recently took home the bronze medal in the Paris Olympics this summer. Alev is a fierce competitor who loves adrenaline filled adventures and everything about the outdoors. Her enthusiasm extends beyond athletics to a deep appreciation for the arts, including glassblowing, woodworking and welding.
Alev is a pioneer and history maker as well as a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and a champion of social justice within sport. Fun fact: Alev’s name means “fire” in Turkish, and her purpose is to inspire and ignite the “flame” within others to follow their passions, spread joy, and grow wild!
